These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Big Brain mobile application ("App") operated by DPC Developments ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Big Brain uses artificial intelligence to generate educational content, including quiz questions, study notes, tutoring responses, and flashcards. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. The App is intended as a study aid and should not be the sole source of information for academic purposes.
The IQ test provided in Big Brain is designed for educational and entertainment purposes. While it is modeled after standardized IQ tests and uses proper statistical methods, it is not a clinical assessment and should not be used as a substitute for a professionally administered IQ test. Results are approximate and may not reflect your actual cognitive abilities as measured by a licensed psychologist.
The App, including its design, code, content, features, and branding, is owned by DPC Developments and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DPC Developments shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or its subscriptions in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
